Your First Appointment

During our free phone consultation we ascertain your needs and expectations and make a preliminary determination whether Leech Therapy is an appropriate treatment in your situation.

We provide information on contraindications and conditions for Hirudotherapy. We answer your questions and set up a first appointment at your home or our office.

We require a recent blood test in advance of the first appointment, as well as a special before-treatment instructions/regiment for 2-3 days prior to the treatment.

Before the first appointment, we require the client to fill in a health form and sign a consent form; we then divise a preliminary plan for your treatment .

During the first appointment, before the full application of leeches, we perform an allergy test by attaching one leech for 5 min to observe the patient's reaction.

We finalize the treatment plan and sign the agreement to perform the treatments.

We provide the client with lifestyle, diet and regiment advice , as well as after-treatment care instructions and supplement and ointment recommendations.
